Align Property was born from experience — and frustration.
When founder Jesse Bray began managing his own investment properties while working in the mining industry, he saw how impersonal and inefficient traditional property management could be. He knew there had to be a better way.
After seeing agencies in other states provide clear, accountant-ready reports and proactive communication, Jesse realised that landlords in Central Queensland deserved the same.
So, he created Align Property — a values-driven business focused on communication, transparency, and integrity.
